We are a very friendly active Aero Club and are the home of recreational flying in Hawke’s Bay.

From our origins in 1928, on the original Club airfield at Longlands, to the present day at our fully owned and operated aerodrome at Bridge Pa, the Hawke’s Bay & East Coast Aero Club has been enabling the people of Hawke’s Bay to learn to fly and enjoy the freedom of flight.

 

Becoming a member of the Hawke’s Bay and East Coast Aero Club entitles you to great flying rates over a wide range of aircraft types. It also means that you join a membership of 250 fellow pilots and aviation enthusiasts who have a common passion in flying.

You can use our flight training facilities, expand your aviation knowledge, join in our social activities, meet new people and make new friends.
